Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is:

  • Before February 1rst: 100% refund.
  • Before February 28th (inclusiv) : 50% refund.
  • After March 1rst (inclusive) : no refund.

The conference organization must use some fund long before the conference, and we can't offer better deadlines.

Certification exam only

Multiple Open Source certification exams will be available, including PHP and MySQL. It is not necessary to be a member of the association or a visitor of the conference to access the certification center. Promotional prices are available.

Food

The meals are served as a buffet, with multiple choices of entrées, main dishes and desserts. We choose the meals in order to satisfy the most requirements concerning the food (allergies, religions, etc).

We recommand to contact us if you have any requirement, especially of you have a particular condition.

Internet Access

The PHP Quebec Conference offers a free WiFi connection for all visitors. Bring your laptop and connect to the network. Electric plugs are available in every room. We recommand you pring your power bars.

Meet the speakers

The speakers will be present during the entire conference. Do not hesitate to ask a member of the organisation to introduce you to them if you have questions you would like to ask. We can also help you with the translation as needed.

Parking

The hotel has an underground parking lot. It costs around 14$ a day. There are also places located around the hotel, note they are rare.

Reduced Mobility

The Crowne Plaza Hotel and the PHP Quebec Team are ready to welcome people with reduced mobility or with special equipment such as wheel chairs. We recommand you contact us to have a better planification for your visit at the conference.
